Rob Erni has been providing professional engineering services for site development projects across the greater Houston area for more than eight years. He has an extensive background in helping clients develop apartments, offices, industrial, mixed-use, and more. In his time at Quiddity, Rob has worked on a range of notable projects including The James & The Ivy Apartments at Park Place by Stonelake Capital, Hedwig Place Medical Office Building by Stream Realty, SkyHouse Houston by Novare Group, Modera Shepherd Apartments by Mill Creek, Circuit Apartments by JLB, and Galleria Park by Lincoln Property Company. He is passionate about Houston and is involved with multiple community organizations, currently serving on the ULI Houston membership committee and as chair of Memorial Park Conservancy’s young professionals’ group Urban Wild.
