Ryan Ingram, Division Manager
Environmental Division
Ryan Ingram brings over 17 years of experience in the natural resources and engineering sectors to his new role as Division Manager of Quiddity’s Environmental service line. His expertise spans a wide range of industries, including energy, transportation, utility, flood control, coastal, ports, and rail/transit.
Ryan has held leadership roles at top firms such as AtkinsRéalis, AECOM, Jacobs Engineering, and John Chance Land Surveys. Most recently, as Senior Environmental Project Manager at AtkinsRéalis, he led a team of scientists and planners, facilitated client and agency meetings, conducted fieldwork, and managed project quality control, from NEPA clearance through post-construction monitoring.
With a proven track record in regulatory compliance, environmental permitting, and successfully guiding projects from inception to completion, Ryan is a key addition to Quiddity’s growing environmental services division. His in-depth knowledge of federal and state environmental regulations, combined with his leadership experience, makes him an invaluable resource for clients navigating complex environmental challenges.
A graduate of Stephen F. Austin University, Ryan holds certifications as a Certified Wildlife Biologist, Certified Floodplain Manager, and Texas Parks and Wildlife Department Scientific Research Permit Holder. He will be based in Quiddity’s Round Rock office, further strengthening the company’s regional growth.
