Steve has over 45 years of public/private experience designing master planned communities (as large as 80,000 acres) and helping communities plan for and execute detailed, focused, and integrated Comprehensive Master Plans and Economic Development Plans. Prior to joining Quiddity, he served as Associate Vice President and Planning Director for HNTB, Vice President and Planning Director for RBF Consulting, Principal at Urban Design Studio (UDS) and Principal at Gresham Smith.
He has won dozens of awards for his work and led major projects in over forty-five states and numerous foreign countries. He has assisted communities, states and private companies attract, retain, and locate tens of billions of dollars of new economic development projects creating and/or retaining over 100,000 jobs. This work has led to 14 of his clients being listed among the top 20 fastest growing economies in the country (US Department of Commerce 2015 – 2019).
