Stephen Reiter has more than 15 years of experience in H&H modeling, analysis, and drainage design. He’s managed a range of H&H projects, including flood insurance studies, master drainage studies, channel improvement, hydraulic structure design, and detention facility designs. Stephen utilizes innovative technology and is proficient in dynamic modeling software and GIS.  He worked on various notable projects, including the Drainage Assessments of Elkins Road and Knightsbridge Boulevard, the Memorial Day 2015 Event Analysis, and Jenny Drive and Highlands Drive Rehabilitation.
