Land Development

Janet Baccus has been with Quiddity since July 1995.   She is currently a Land Development Manager in the Houston office and is responsible for managing single-family residential development in several master-planned communities and municipal utility districts.  Janet’s experience includes design and management of street design, underground utility design, preparation and recordation of subdivision plats, and general engineering services for various clients and municipal utility districts.  She has worked in numerous jurisdictions and been instrumental in the development of thousands of single-family residential lots in the Houston Metropolitan Area.
