Jones|Carter was ranked among the top companies to work for in multiple Texas metros in 2020, including Houston and Dallas-Fort Worth. This is the first time we’ve ranked in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and the fourth consecutive year our team has ranked in Houston! This is also the second time our team has been voted one of the best-midsized engineering firms in Houston.
Our team ranked 29th out of the thousands of companies competing for recognition in Houston and received honorable mentions on the top small companies list in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area.
The top workplaces are selected based on a “scientific employee survey process” conducted by employee engagement platform, Energage. The company surveys random employees at eligible companies on areas such as leadership, cooperation, work-life balance, pay and benefits.
Nearly 3,000 Houston area companies were invited to participate, but only 173 of them made the cut. The qualifying companies are grouped based on size, including large, midsized and small. Each group includes companies from various sectors like real estate, engineering, finance and health care.
