PROJECT OVERVIEW
Alta Trinity Green is a 5-story, 324-unit multi-family development situated around a 1-acre park. These modern luxury apartments are a part of the Trinity Green development located in the West Dallas Trinity Groves neighborhood. The proximity to the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge provides an unparalleled view as well as easy access to Downtown Dallas.
SERVICE DETAILS
Our team worked with the City of Dallas to design the proposed utilities for the project site. Many of the existing underground utilities along Duluth Street needed to be updated, replaced, or circumvented – including an 84-inch storm drain pipe, an 8-inch water line, a 3-inch gas line, and existing sanitary sewer lines. Construction coordination was crucial as the city had yet to construct a downstream sanitary sewer connection point while the upstream extensions were soon to be constructed by a third-party developer. The extension of electrical conduit across a major 5-lane road was also challenging, as underground utilities on Singleton Boulevard are equally as congested as Duluth Street.
Frequent coordination with the City of Dallas allowed our team to begin construction prior to the completion of the downstream sanitary sewer extension – helping avoid significant project delays. Our team also coordinated with the neighboring development to ensure the construction of storm drains, sanitary sewers, and water line extensions would be completed prior to their design completion.
Alta Trinity Green is the second phase of the Trinity Green Development.
