Shawn Graham has more than 14 years of experience in the due diligence, design, permitting, and construction management of site and single-family developments. He currently manages the site and land development projects in the Dallas market. He oversees the preparation of feasibility reports, construction plans, cost estimates, specifications, and project document reports in addition to assisting clients with their construction contract administration from bidding to close-out. He has worked on a multitude of projects at Quiddity including Criswell College, Alta Trinity Green and Challenger School, and is active in The Real Estate Council (TREC) and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
