PROJECT OVERVIEW

Bluejack National is a 755-acre resort-style community and private club in Montgomery, Texas. Nestled in the Piney Woods, Bluejack National was designed to provide residents with unique amenities and a resort lifestyle. The community features 386-residential homes, 35-acres of fishing lakes, seven miles of biking and hiking trails and the #1 Residential Golf Community in Texas by Golfweek, which was the first golf course designed by Tiger Woods.

SERVICE DETAILS

Forest preservation was the focus of our designs, which was also a top priority for Beacon Land Development. Our team also worked closely with the development company to address drainage issues on the property. We successfully met discharge requirements while keeping lakes at the client’s preferred level and without creating excessive retention ponds.
