PROJECT OVERVIEW

Cityside Condominiums is a community of high-end townhomes in the rapidly growing city of Round Rock, TX. The townhome-style condos, built by D.R. Horton, all include 2-3 bedrooms, backyard patios, and two-car garages. Located near major employers like Dell and Round Rock ISD, the community offers residents a short commute from the neighborhood. D.R. Horton selected Quiddity to take the partially built, abandoned project, with expired permits, and create a vibrant townhome community.

SERVICE DETAILS

Our team provided design and permitting services for the 15-acre project. We designed the on-site paving, grading, water, wastewater, and storm drainage systems in addition to approximately 2,000 LF of public trail. The Quiddity team also assisted D.R. Horton with obtaining the necessary permits including platting and site development.
