PROJECT OVERVIEW
Harvest is a 1,170-acre master-planned community in Denton County. The 3,200-single-family home community revolves around the farming heritage of the previous landowners. Sticking to its agrarian roots, the development boasts a community farm, greenbelts, and parks ringed with trails. It also includes resort-style pools, a state-of-the-art workout facility, and an on-site restaurant.
SERVICE DETAILS
Our team served as the district, design, and construction engineer for this project. We actively engaged with 13-government entities including Denton County in abandoning an old right-of-way to allow for the construction of new roadways. Our team also helped create two freshwater supply districts, negotiated a multi-city deal for trunk sanitary sewer service and created a tri-party agreement.
Since the completion of the initial design, our team has designed and managed several additional projects for the community, including water distribution supply facilities, sanitary sewer collection facilities, drainage facilities, paving, walls, trails, and streetlights.
