The inauguration of H-E-B store location Austin 33, also referred to as “Nutty Brown,” carries remarkable historical importance as it seamlessly integrates an iconic music venue, the Nutty Brown Café & Amphitheatre, into its architectural design. Constructed on the very grounds where the venue once hosted a multitude of esteemed country music artists, H-E-B seeks to pay homage to this rich history by incorporating salvaged bricks from the venue’s long-standing brick pizza oven into the main customer entryway. Additionally, customers will have the opportunity to admire eight autographed guitars on display, generously provided by past performers at the venue.
Quiddity provided services such as due diligence, surveying, site planning, platting & entitlements, engineering design & permitting, offsite public infrastructure (waterline extension), TCEQ contributing zone plan (CZP), TxDOT driveway permits, and construction phase services.
