PROJECT OVERVIEW

Imperial Sugar Land is a 716-acre master-planned community located on the former site of the Imperial Sugar Company. Residents can enjoy tree-lined boulevards, parks, jogging, and biking trails and lakes. Imperial Sugar Land is the largest remaining development opportunity in the Sugar Land area. In addition to residential property, the master-planned community also features 1.3 million square feet of commercial, retail, and office space.

SERVICE DETAILS

We worked with Johnson Development to rezone 700-acres for the planned development. Our team prepared and presented the information needed to create the zoning document used to govern the development. We also ensured the original structure of the Imperial Sugar Company was preserved.
