PROJECT OVERVIEW

Research Forest Lakeside is a one-of-a-kind mixed-use development on 77-acres overlooking Lake Woodlands. The development consists of 1.8-million-square-feet of Class A office space and other amenities such as a bank, salon, and various eateries. Many sustainable elements have been incorporated into the development like rainwater recapture, reduced parking areas, and alternative energy sources.

SERVICE DETAILS

Our team worked with the client to improve drainage within the development. Our team designed a partial 100-year storm system to intercept water flow from Lakeside Boulevard and carry it to Lake Woodlands Drive via an overflow bioswale. We also installed a 25,000-gallon rainwater and condensation collection tank used to irrigate the landscape around the campus.
