Christopher Jousan has more than 13 years of experience in site development. In his role, Christopher oversees site and land development projects in the Houston market and manages the design team for multi-family, single-family, and utility improvement/extension projects. Christopher is also responsible for design oversight in addition to preparing, approving, and recording plats. He’s affiliated with multiple organizations, including the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
