PROJECT OVERVIEW

Galleria Park is a roughly 400,000-square-foot mixed-use campus at the corner of Sage and Westheimer across from the Galleria Mall. The campus includes two Class A office buildings, ground-level retail, and restaurant space, and native green space.

SERVICE DETAILS

Our team worked with the client on renovating the campus by redesigning the utilities, paving, and drainage. The site was previously focused on vehicular circulation but was later reimaged to feature nearly an acre of open green space to serve tenants and retail goers. Additional improvements included floodproofing measures, new utilities, hardscapes, lighting, landscaping, and water features.
