PROJECT OVERVIEW

The Troubadour Apartments is a 2.3-acre luxury multifamily development by Wayfinder Real Estate nestled in the University Park neighborhood of Central Austin. Quiddity collaborated to design an exceptional living experience with 321 units with amenities including a large clubhouse, resort-style pools, multiple courtyards, an outdoor movie theater, and a rooftop terrace. The community offers a blend of elegance, comfort, and functionality. Our team’s expertise in urban civil site design was incorporated through entitlement planning and infrastructure design of water, sanitary, water quality, and drainage facilities

SERVICE DETAILS

Quiddity provided full surveying services and site development services site development including construction plan preparation and site development permitting for the project. The team worked with the City of Austin to maximize the developable footprint and unit count yield, as well as with TxDOT for incorporation of I35’s ever changing corridor design.
