The Quiddity team is proud to be ranked #159 on Engineering News-Record’s (ENR) 2025 list of the Top 500 Design Firms—a national recognition based on design service revenue from the previous year.

2024 was a milestone year for Quiddity. We expanded beyond Texas, opening new offices in Tampa and Lakeland, Florida, bringing our full range of services to a new region. To support our growing teams and better serve our clients, we also relocated our offices in San Antonio, Austin, and College Station. As part of this growth, we launched a dedicated Environmental Division backed by a full-service team, and we strengthened our leadership by welcoming a new General Manager for North Texas and a new Vice President for our San Antonio office.

Throughout the year, we made significant progress on major projects, including our Project of the Year—the $80M River Ranch Master Planned Community, a transformative 7,000-acre development. We also advanced work on the $80–90M Salt Water Ditch Flood Reduction Improvements and the Shepherd, Durham, and Selected Cross Street Reconstruction project.
