The Quiddity team is proud to be nationally ranked #145 among Engineering News-Record’s (ENR) 2023 Top 500 Design Firms.
ENR’s list ranks firms based on revenue from design services the prior year, and Quiddity achieved record revenue growth for the 14th consecutive year in 2022. This was made possible through business model improvements and growth strategies implemented in response to current economic conditions, allowing our team to better serve our clients and our communities.
Our teams worked on a number of notable, landmark projects in 2022, with our largest project to break ground being the Sunterra development. Sunterra is a 2,304-acre master-planned community located just northwest of Katy, Texas. The overall development once complete will have 6,575 single-family lots, 3 school sites, 76 acres of commercial/mixed use, an 8-acre Crystal Lagoon, and 5-acre recreation site. Quiddity began designing the first phase in late 2020 and delivered the first 900 lots in November 2021. Since the first 10 sections were delivered, Quiddity has designed 53 sections totaling 4,744 lots and delivered 4,216 lots in December 2022. This project is scheduled to be completed in 2028. Projects like Sunterra are a prime example of our team’s commitment to delivering quality projects for our clients and our communities.
We also expanded our team in 2022 with the addition of our New Braunfels office and team members who bring unique project expertise in areas such as structural engineering and project funding.
