Water District Services

Mr. Jenkins joined Jones & Carter, Inc. in 1983. He has served as District Engineer for several water districts for almost 40 years. In addition to his water district experience, Mr. Jenkins has a wide range of engineering experience, including design, construction, and management of land development, municipal, industrial, and transportation projects. He managed the Construction Department from 1984 to 1985, coordinating over 80 projects totaling more than $40 million. From 1994 to 2000, Mr. Jenkins served as the manager of all water plant and water well projects, which included the design, expansion, and rehabilitation of multiple water plants and water wells in Harris and Fort Bend Counties. Mr. Jenkins also managed a major comprehensive drainage analysis and process water management plan for the Amoco Oil Company Texas City Refinery. Mr. Jenkins currently serves as District Engineer for several municipal utility districts in Fort Bend and Harris Counties.
