Land Development

Bryan Aguirre has been with Quiddity since January of 2014 working with the Land Development team with a primary focus on single family master planned communities. During his career he’s had the opportunity to work with multiple developers and utility districts within the Central Texas and Houston Metro areas. Bryan is experienced in various aspects of Land Development including design, construction, City/County coordination, Development Agreements, and overall management of a master planned community. In addition to Single Family effort, Bryan has experience with Municipal Utility Districts (MUDs) with services ranging from the creation of a new MUD to bond/reimbursement preparation for a developed MUD.
