Colby has a longstanding presence in the water and wastewater sector since 2005. He presently maintains a range of TCEQ licenses, including a B Wastewater Operator license, a C Groundwater Operator license, and a Backflow Preventer Assembly Tester (BPAT) license. Since joining Quiddity in 2014, Colby has worked as a construction inspector, mainly focusing on the water division. In this role, he conducts inspections for water and wastewater plant construction as well as underground utilities. Furthermore, he holds certifications as an APWA Certified Public Infrastructure Inspector (CPII) and an ACI Certified Concrete Construction Inspector.
