David serves as Senior Project Manager of Transportation in our Plano office. With nearly 20 years of experience, David brings a wealth of knowledge in transportation engineering and project management. He is adept in managing the design and development of municipal roadways, TxDOT, NTTA, DART Light Rail, site development, and utility projects. He also has a wealth of experience in construction support services and coordinating with federal, state, and local agencies.
