Land Development

Ian Stewart joined Quiddity as a design engineer on our Land Development team in March of 2014. He is now a project manager with a primary focus on single-family master planned communities and Municipal Utility Districts (MUDs) with projects located across the greater Houston Metro area. Throughout his 10 years of experience, he has had the opportunity to work with multiple private and public clients on a wide range of land and site development projects, including local community parks, industrial sites, major thoroughfares, regional drainage facilities, single-family communities, and more. In addition to his land development efforts, Ian has also served multiple MUDs in varying capacities, including new MUD creation, annexations, bond application reports, developer reimbursement tracking and projections, and attending monthly Board of Directors meetings as District Engineer.
