Jeff Moeller, PE, Vice President

Public Sector for Central Texas

Jeff currently serves as Vice President of our Public Sector for Central Texas. Jeff brings 36 years of experience providing engineering services to clients in south central Texas, including sewer and water main replacement/rehab projects, street rehabilitation and replacement projects, and on-site and off-site drainage improvements. He has worked for multiple governmental entities, such as the City of New Braunfels, City of San Antonio, City of Boerne, SAWS, NBU, CCMA, SARA, GBRA, TxDOT and the USACE. Jeff is experienced with FEMA, USACE, and the TCEQ guidelines and has designed numerous projects requiring approvals and permits from these entities.
