Water District Services
Jeff joined Quiddity in 2015 and is currently a client manager in our Water Practice and helps lead our Water Districts Services. He serves as a District and City Engineer for several water districts and small cities in the Houston Metroplex. As a District and City Engineer, Jeff has successfully managed and executed projects that support various communities throughout Houston and surrounding areas. Jeff has extensive expertise in long term capital improvement plans (CIP), bond applications & issuance, impact fees, Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) funding, and water & sewer infrastructure. His consultative approach and passion for public engagement has allowed Jeff to impact clients and build strong relationships with industry stakeholders.
