Water District Services

Josh has been with Quiddity for more than fourteen years and is currently Vice President of Water and Water District Services.  He is currently leading personnel management, business relations, and financial reporting within the Facilities & Treatment and Construction Divisions in addition to leading our Water District team. Previously, he served as the District Engineer for numerous water districts and successfully executed projects that supported various communities throughout Houston and surrounding areas.  Josh has a unique ability to work and connect closely with both clients and employees.
