Water District Services

Justin is currently a Manager in our Water Practice and helps lead our Water District Services.  Justin joined our team in 2007 and specializes in water district management and has a proven track record of building strong relationships with collaborators and consultants to provide tailored solutions to his clients. Justin utilizes this experience to serve as the engineering consultant for several utility districts across the Houston-Metro region.  Justin also has extensive experience in project management for water and sanitary sewer facility projects, water and sanitary sewer condition assessment and rehabilitation, long-term capital improvement planning, and providing excellent client management services.
