Kent O’Brien is an innovative and results-driven leader with more than 35 years of experience in transportation engineering. He has substantial knowledge of Traffic Control Plan (TCP) design, detail, and traffic handling. Kent’s insight and knowledge of the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (TMUTCD) make him effective at handling concepts and designs. He is effective in building partnerships and fostering consensus with business, agency, and political decision-makers. Kent has worked on many notable projects including Applewhite Road Loop 1604, Callaghan Road, and Hero Way.
