Matt’s commitment to communication and detail allows him to effectively manage the construction and delivery of any infrastructure project. He brings 15 years of management experience that encompasses everything from routine maintenance and capital maintenance design/construction to full capital construction programs. He spent 12 years with the Harris County Toll Road Authority (HCTRA) where he eventually became Assistant Director of Maintenance & Construction Engineering. Matt is also well versed in managing large and small-scale projects as well as consultant and maintenance contracts.
