Michelle has 20 years of experience in stormwater management, industrial pretreatment, and regulatory compliance. She has worked with public and private clients, as both the regulator and as the consultant. She is experienced in the development of Stormwater Management Plans (SWMP) and Best Management Practices (BMPs) for Phase I and Phase II MS4s (Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems).  Michelle currently manages several projects within the Permitting Group that include Texas Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (TPDES) permits and amendments for wastewater treatment plants, Industrial Pretreatment Program administration, Multi-Sector General Permits (MSGP) with TCEQ, Stormwater Quality Permits, MS4 Program Administration, and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP) for construction or industrial activities.
