Nicolas Garcia has more than 20 years of experience in transportation and drainage engineering. Nicolas is also adept in a full range of roadway projects, including reconstructing complex freeway interchanges and widening rural two-lane roadways. He has designed many culvert and bridge crossings, including storm drainage systems. Nicolas has worked on many projects at Quiddity including the FM 1560 Roadway Expansion, IH69E upgrade to Interstate, and FM 466 New Roundabout project.  He’s also affiliated with multiple organizations such as the South Texas Institute of Transportation Engineers and is a past local ACEC Transportation Chair.
