Odalys has 15 years of experience in hydrology and hydraulics engineering. Her technical experience includes floodplain and stormwater drainage studies, complex modeling and design, roadway and transit drainage design, and civil, commercial, and residential site development projects. Odalys has extensive experience working with public entities such as the City of Austin, Travis County, Williamson County, and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ).
