Pam has over 26 years of experience in civil engineering planning and design in the areas of public works and municipal utility districts. Pam started out working in the construction field as a construction engineer, which has given her a “common sense” approach to design and greatly assists in analyzing project constructability issues. Pam worked as an assistant city engineer and city engineer for the City of Stafford, Texas for nearly nine years. She has designed numerous utility extension projects, developed several strategic plans, prepared bond application reports, and acted as project manager on various public work projects. Currently, Pam serves as a Senior Client Manager for municipal utility district clients.
