Water District Services

Robert joined our team in 2008 and currently serves as a Water Districts Manager. He has a strong background in managing utility districts and building strong relationships with collaborators and consultants to manage all aspects of water districts and develop solutions for clients based on their specific needs. Robert utilizes this experience to serve as the Engineering Consultant for water districts across the Houston-Metro region. He is also knowledgeable in single-family residential utility and paving design, water quality analysis, long-term capital improvement, and asset management planning.
