Land Development

Shawn became a part of Quiddity in 2022, following 17 years at the Harris County Engineering Department – Permits Office. During his tenure there, he oversaw various responsibilities, including managing plan reviews and permits, Right of Way (ROW) and Platting, and Inspections/Compliance groups. His extensive background encompasses site/master planned community layout, design, plan approval/permitting requirements, and project close-out procedures. Shawn possesses a robust understanding of general government agency requirements, procedures, compliance with State and Federal laws, and adept navigation through multiple jurisdictions for project delivery.

Since joining Quiddity, Shawn has been immersing himself in Project Management roles and procedures within the Private Land group. Additionally, he has taken on assistant management duties in the Construction group and is an integral part of the newly established Quality Group. This group provides oversight and support to the company, leveraging the collective experience of its four members.
