PROJECT OVERVIEW

The Harvey E. Najim Family YMCA is a 15,000- square foot, two-story recreation facility in southeast San Antonio. Sitting on 6.5-acres of Unesco World Heritage Grounds, the facility features a 6,000 square-foot open-air gym, a state-of-the-art wellness center, a group fitness center, and access to Mission Trails and Mission Reach River.  

SERVICE DETAILS

Our team provided site civil and surveying services for the client. The project consisted of construction drawing preparation, including site grading, storm drainage design, a utility connection plan, and a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPP) in addition to permitting through the City of San Antonio.
