PROJECT OVERVIEW

Located between I-35 and Texas State Highway 45, the Challenger School is a private elementary school that focuses heavily on phonics and logic. Roughly 80 elementary-aged students attend Challenger’s Round Rock location. In addition to an alternative curriculum, the private school offers flexible schedules, extended class time, and summer school. Challenger School selected our team to build their Round Rock location and expand their presence in the Austin area.

SERVICE DETAILS

We designed and permitted the 3-acre plot. Our team also designed the onsite paving, grading, water, wastewater and off-site wastewater extension in addition to coordinating dry utility services. Zone changes and permitting were paramount for the client. Our team prepared the necessary zoning application, met with staff, and attended and presented at planning & zoning and city council meetings. We also permitted platting, subdivision improvements, and site development for the client.
