PROJECT OVERVIEW

Northshore is a 38-story, mixed-use tower consisting of 439 apartments, 24,000+ square feet of office space, and 28,000+ square feet of restaurant and retail space. Located in the Green Water Redevelopment, Northshore is ideally located with proximity to downtown and access to Austin’s hike and bike trail.

SERVICE DETAILS

We provided site development, survey, and design services for the Northshore building. Our team also aided in processing a new plat to vacate two alleys and oversaw City approval for permits for Block 1 and associated street extensions. The mixed-use building was completed in September of 2015 and is LEED® Silver and 3-Star Austin Green Build Certified.
