PROJECT OVERVIEW
City Place is a 2,000-acre award-winning, mixed-use urban development in the growing northwest Houston community. The development includes more than 9 million square feet of commercial space and is home to companies like Hewlett-Packard, the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Exxon Mobil, and Southwestern Energy. It also features a 60-acre urban district with hotels, restaurants, retail space, single-family homes, apartments and townhomes.
SERVICE DETAILS
As the construction manager, our team oversaw more than $100 million in construction over 100 individual projects. We provided a wide array of services, including construction management for all public facilities, including utilities, roadways, park trails, and water and wastewater facilities – acting as the owner’s representative when new private facilities were connected to the public utilities. Our team also worked closely with consultants on every project as well as the district’s general manager, operator and engineer.
