Colby Wright has more than 20 years of experience in traffic and transportation engineering. He holds valuable knowledge in traffic signal design, intelligent transportation signal (ITS) design, roadway design, traffic control plans, Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA), capacity operation studies, and more. Colby has completed all types of traffic signal designs, including span wire type, mast arm type, temporary traffic signals, and traffic signal modifications. The traffic studies projects have focused on improving traffic operations and mitigation strategies for clients and have included extensive use of traffic modeling software and capacity analysis.
