PROJECT OVERVIEW

The Boomtown BBQ Company is a Texas-based eatery offering traditional BBQ cuisine with a twist. The restaurant offers a range of smoked favorites like brisket and turkey in addition to “twisted” items like BBQ Nachos and the Taco Bomb. The Boomtown BBQ Company has two locations in Texas, including Beaumont and College Station.

SERVICE DETAILS

The College Station eatery is located at the corner of Deacon and South Texas Avenue on an existing .57-acre site. Our team completed the civil site design and rezoned the site to allow for the drive-thru restaurant. Because of the site’s size, optimizing the use of building space and parking was necessary to comply with the City of College Station and the client’s requirements. The site also had elevation tie-ins at all four sides of the property – adding a level of complexity to the grading and pavement layout.
