PROJECT OVERVIEW

The Round Rock Commons is a retail facility off South AW Grimes Boulevard in Round Rock, Texas. Anchored by nationally and regionally recognized tenants like Starbucks and My Dental, the facility offers 9,000-square-feet of retail space, a drive-thru, and ample on-site parking.   

SERVICE DETAILS

Due to certain design features for Starbucks, the property needed to be rezoned because of its proximity to a residential area. Our team worked with a local public utility district (PID) to rezone the area via a PID amendment. Communication among the project team and client stakeholders was also vital for this project. Our team created a customizable weekly communication plan for the out-of-state client that kept the project on schedule. We also provided civil site design for the 9,000-square-foot facility and the on-site deceleration lane.
