PROJECT OVERVIEW

The Harvest Green community is a 1,055-acre master-planned community centered around a 12-acre working farm. The mixed-use development feautres homes, schools, retail, parks, amenities, and churches that are all easily accessible via walking paths throughout the community. The site plans for additional retail, restaurant, and entertainment spaces, as well as schools and churches.

SERVICE DETAILS

We have been working with Johnson Development for nearly five years. In that time, the team has designed several water and wastewater projects, including a lift station and a water plant. The team also did the platting for the development.

We also prepared a traffic impact analysis for the community and designed two traffic signals. The team also performed drainage studies and utility engineering services, which included any necessary subsurface infrastructure for the housing section of the development. Our team has provided construction services for numerous projects within Harvest Green, including transportation, drainage, utilities, and paving projects.

We also serve as the district engineer for all three special districts within the community, including two utility districts, and an overlapping management district.
