Salad and Go is a growing fast-food restaurant offering healthy, affordable food options. The restaurant’s structure is designed to have a limited footprint, with all business being conducted via drive-thru or walkup window. The fresh food chain was established in Arizona and is expanding into the Texas market.

SERVICE DETAILS

Our team partnered with Salad and Go to provide site civil services for nearly 50 locations across Texas, 35 of which are in the Dallas-Fort Worth market. We collaborated with the client on conceptual site plans to ensure sites were configured to meet the needs of each location. Our team also coordinated with city staff to streamline the permitting process and ensure compliance with jurisdictional codes. Some sites also required demolition and repurposing of utilities to meet capacity.
